Extra Touch Productions can provide proof of liability for you, for your location's peace of mind.

6. How early will you be to our site to set up?

Extra Touch Productions prefer to arrive early so music can begin as soon as the first guest enters your party. Early arrival also allows us to perform a sound check and prepare for your special day.

7. Will you allow requests?

Extra Touch Productions feels that the event is centered towards the client. We are eager to filling as many requests as possible, including your favorite selections.

8. Can we request the style of music

A lot of the newer music contain offensive lyrics. When available we will choose to play the "radio safe" version. We are well versed in the popular styles of music..

For the Videographers

1. Will you provide an emergency back-up system at our event?

Extra Touch Productions travel with two video cameras so you can rest easy.

2. How long will it take to receive my DVD?

Most Video shoots will take about three weeks to edit and ship to clients.

3. If my disc has problems can I be shipped a new one?

If the event that there is a disc failure; contact us immediately, so that a new one can be shipped out.

4. Can we ask that certain individuals be interviewed during our event?

Yes, any person or family member can be interview upon request.
